I have had a passion for pottery for the past 25 years. There is something about taking a piece of clay and molding it into a mug, bowl, vase, etc. that is very satisfying to me. I especially love the glazing process of pottery. It is rewarding to try different combinations of glazes to perfect a new and different look. Opening a kiln after a glaze firing is truly exciting, just like Christmas morning – every single time!
